Take the bus to Repovesi National Park
Nature is always close in Kouvola. Thanks to a convenient bus connection, all the great destinations in the area of Repovesi and Verla are closer than ever!
Some of the most popular destinations in Kouvola include Repovesi National Park and our very own UNESCO World Heritage Site Verla. Reaching these destinations in summer time is easier than ever, thanks to the bus connection. Buses take you from the city centre to National Park's Lapinsalmi entrance.

Buses operate during summer time
Buses to Repovesi and Verla leave from the main railway and bus station, located in the city centre. There are two bus operators, Liikenne Kurittu, lines 5 and 15, take you to Repovesi via Verla. Linjaliikenne Laurila, local bus line No. 9, takes you to Verla.

The fare is 5 EUR, you can buy a ticket from the driver (cash only).
If you wish to take your bicycle with you, please inform the bus company in advance.
Outside the bus operating seasons we recommed taxi services. You can share a taxi from the bus station. From Kymenlaakson Taksi you can book a ride for these prices to Lapinsalmi and Kivisilmäntie (one way):

Along the Bus Route
