Elimäki church village is a rural area at its best. All basic amenities are within walking distance. You'll find two popular tourist destinations there; the Moisio Manor and Arboretum Mustila. Elimäki Church is the oldest wooden cruciform church in Finland still in use. It was built in 1678.
- Koria, a residential area, is home to 4000 inhabitants. Koria lies on the banks of the Kymijoki River, 6 km from the business centre of Kouvola. Koria has shops, hairdressing salons, restaurant, public swimming pool, pharmacy, library and a bank.
- The City of Kouvola and the Finnish Housing Fair Co-operative Organisation are organising a housing fair in the Pioneeripuisto area of Koria in the summer 2019. The exhibition grounds will include ca. 30 different types of family houses, blocks of flats or terraced houses.
