Mushrooming with foraging trainer Paula Niskala in the national park culminating in a shared gourmet meal created from nature’s bounty around a campfire. Your meal is created by the award-winning chef Veli-Matti Jälkö, who works at the Lapland Hotels in Oulu and Rovaniemi.
The meal is prepared and enjoyed in the heart of the park. After the meal, we return with guide to the starting point. On the way back, if the group wants to, we look for and identify mushrooms.
