Heinähattu, a log house in the peaceful countryside

Heinähattu is a log inn built in 1990, far from the noise of road traffic, but only 9 km from the shops and services in town. The name of the house literally means “straw hat”, an old turn of phrase used to describe people living in the countryside. Enjoy the rural peace of the spacious garden surrounded by forest. There is plenty of space to breathe inside the house, too: a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost six metres. In the summer, look out of the many windows to see the alpacas grazing in the yard.

The log walls, fireplace and central heating make house is comfortably cool in summer and cosily warm in the winter. Three bedrooms with a total of eight beds provide space for a larger group to spend the night. The house has a sauna for guests to use.
