The city hall was designed by architects Bertel Saarnio and Juha Leiviskä. In 2017, Kouvola’s city hall was voted as the most beautiful city hall in Finland.

You can listen to the concerts of Kymi Sinfonietta in the city hall, but you can also rent the different facilities for meetings and events.
